How much does shipping cost within Australia?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all domestic orders. For orders over $150, standard shipping is complimentary.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your books and the destination.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your books arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, customers located in Sydney can select the 'Click and Collect' option at checkout to pick up their orders from our Stanmore location during business hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Are the books you sell new or second-hand?
The majority of our stock consists of brand new titles. However, we do have a dedicated 'Rare and Second-hand' section which is clearly labeled for our customers.
